Designing and makin the clothes
The wizard's body mearures 27". Once the head is attached, he will measure 32". I work on designing the clothes before attaching the head and hands for ease of slipping the patern pieces on and off the body as I design the clothes. The pants and vest are wine coloured velvet trimmed with a metalic gold picot braid. The cummerbund is gold lamée. He will wear pointy shoes and a turban on his head; these I have yet to design. The head is not quite finished, I have more work to do on the eyes and ears. He will have a small aprentice that will either sit on his lap or sit in front of him.
05/30 - The wizard's clothes are now finished. After his head and hands (which are ready) are secured to the body I will make his boots and turban. I will then embelish the turban with a nice marabou feather held by a jeweled pin on the turban and some sort of jewelry to embelish his blouse or vest. Then will make the 2 stands, one to stand him up the other will be a fancy pillow to sit him down on.
The last step will be to add his little buddy the aprentice.
